Services described

Pages describing statutory audits, interim reviews, agreed-upon procedures, and related assurance work are informational. They do not create an auditor–client relationship until an engagement letter is signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Umibe Assurance Office or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution for personal or internal business reference.

Accuracy & reliance

Field notes and guides are general commentary on financial auditing practice. They are not advice for your specific accounts. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional judgment on your entity.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, Umibe Assurance Office is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including decisions made solely on the basis of public pages. Liability for contracted audit work is addressed only in the signed engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information in estimate requests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Kagoshima Prefecture shall have primary competence over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
