Fees
How we price financial auditing work
Fees reflect entity size, locations, ledger complexity, and reporting deadlines—not a subscription. The figures below are starting points for estimate conversations.
| Engagement | Starting fee | What moves the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory Financial Audit | From ¥480,000 | Quoted after scoping entity size, ledger complexity, and reporting deadlines |
| Interim Review Engagement | From ¥220,000 | Scaled to the number of reporting entities and review procedures agreed |
| Agreed-Upon Procedures | From ¥150,000 | Fixed fee once procedures are listed in the engagement letter |
| Opening Balance & Transition Support | Quoted per engagement | Depends on prior-year workpapers availability and restatement risk |
All fees are quoted in Japanese yen before consumption tax. A written engagement letter confirms the fee before fieldwork begins. Pricing is informational; we do not take online payment.
Estimate factors we ask about
Share these early so the first quote is close to the final letter.
Turnover & balance sheet size
Materiality and sample sizes scale with revenue and asset totals. Multi-entity groups need separate scoping.
Inventory & locations
Multiple warehouses, bonded zones, or night counts add observation days and travel.
First-year or change of auditor
Opening balance work and predecessor coordination add planning hours in year one.
Reporting language & deadline
English opinions with Japanese schedules, or compressed lender deadlines, affect partner review time.
